A Rose Of Thanks

As most of you know, The Golden Globes were last Sunday. In conjunction with the awards ceremony, there are always fabulous gifting suites. What is a gifting suite you may ask? Well, it's basically a one stop shop for new, hot items that are not even on the market yet. People who have new products and want to promote them sign up for the gifting suite so that they can get their fabulous products into the hands of celebrities. They are so much fun! Not to mention you get a lot of great things for free. All they want is for you to take a picture with the product and give it a try. If you like it, they hope you will tell more people about it.

I went to a gifting suite for the Golden Globes at the fabulous London Hotel (I love this hotel!) Being that one of my goals for the the New Year is to keep you, my fans, more up to date with what's going on in my life via video clips and blogs... I decided to take my little hand held Kodak HD camera to the suite with me. I took a lot of videos some of which I plan to share with you! It's always nice to take someone with you to these events and who better to take than my stylist, Nola Roller? We had a blast, got some great free stuff, and made lots of new friends! I hope you enjoy!

One of the first clips that I will post is "A Rose of Thanks". My new friend Matthew Hunt was there getting celebrities to color a card with a rose on it so that he could send it to the troops. How can you say no to that!? Matthew was such a sweetheart and I really enjoyed chatting with him. So he told me all about the organization and even offered to let me draw my very own rose, which I plan to do. This is a very simple gesture that will go a long way. I hope that whomever gets my rose is blessed by it. So here is a clip of me, Matthew, and Nola sending love to the troops with "A Rose of Thanks".
